Yes! We do undertake bulk orders for companies for any of the Products listed on our website. We have a team of expert hamper designers, they can also help customize your hamper.
Q. How does the process of Bulk Ordering work?
Once you have decided which products you want to order in bulk, You can send us the hamper link, recipient’s list(in the format below), gift message, and billing details on our mail id- email@example.com
We’ll share the invoice and payment details with you.
Q. Can you personalize our Company Logo on the gift Hamper?
We surely can personalize your company logo on the Gift Basket/Box and on the gift message card. Depending on the quantity, we can also design the packaging as per your company/event color and theme.
Q. Can you provide us with a sample?
In case you would like to physically see any of our hampers, we can provide it to you against a refundable deposit of the listed price of the product on our website. Once the sample is returned to our Mumbai office, we will refund this amount in full. Sample needs to be returned to us at your freight cost within a total of 20 days of it being received by you in the original, unused condition as it was received with the products & packaging. We will refund the purchase amount once the product reaches us. In case an order is subsequently placed, the sample cost can also get adjusted against the order value (if you’d like).
Q. How is the packaging done?
Our baskets, though, look delicately elegant are made tough enough to bear the rough handling by the logistics. All our boxes are made with a strong and sturdy board which is covered with laminated art paper. Moreover, paper grass is used at the bottom of the basket for appropriate cushioning of the products, whereas breakable products are bubble wrapped before placing them in the basket. Once the products are arranged, we shrink wrap them to make sure the arrangement stays intact and get extra protection till the delivery. We further decorate the basket with fabric, ribbons, and bows and ship them in specially made 5-ply strong carton boxes. These boxes are then packed in tamper-proof bags for safe delivery of the products.

We offer corporate discounts on the listed price given on our website for direct corporate inquiries of bulk orders that meet our MOQ requirements. Discount Range- Order Value more than 2,00,000 : 5% Order value more than 4,00,000 :8% Order Value more than 6,00,000: 10%

We provide various options to our clients for shipping-

Q. How much time does it take to ship the orders?
We keep the individual items in stock at all times, and as soon as the order is received, we assemble them into a beautiful hamper. Shipping timelines are dependent on the size of the order. The timelines may also vary during the festival season and for larger orders. Estimated shipping time is- Up to 50 hampers- 5-6 days Up to 200 Hampers- 7-10 days Up to 500 Hampers- Shipping can start 7th day onwards and can be completed within 2-3 days 1000 Hampers- Shipping can start 7th day onwards, and can be executed within 5-7 days
Q. What is the process for delivery?
PAN India Deliveries may take 2-10 business days. We ship through reputed national courier service providers like Bluedart, FedEx, Delhivery, Ekart, ecom express, Gati, etc. We provide online tracking details for all the shipments.
Mumbai Hampers can be hand-delivered using hyper-local delivery services.
Q. What is the guarantee on delivery?
We cover about 90% of the pin codes of the country and ship through some of the best logistics service providers. Generally, the hampers get delivered in 2-10 business days, but they may also get delayed for reasons beyond our control. Almost all courier companies follow 3 delivery attempt protocol, but if the parcel remains undelivered, it comes back to us. We may reship the hampers, if requested, on payment of extra shipping charges. We follow the best practices for packaging and use national reputed logistics partners for gift hampers’ delivery, we try our level best to get the parcels delivered in the shortest possible time and provide full support in case of any issues during the transit, but we do not take responsibility for any delays/damages/non delivery issues from the logistics provider and any costs arising out of such cases are to be borne by the client.
Q. Is GST applicable?
Yes, it is applicable. The prices displayed on the website include the 18% GST that can be claimed back. While placing the order online on our website, there won’t be a placeholder for mentioning the GST details. However, once the order is placed, please share your GST details with us over email and we will include the same in the Invoice that will be sent to you. Whichever invoice has the GST Number mentioned, we will be filing it with the government in time, so that GST input can be claimed at your end.
Q. Can we change the order once confirmed?
Once orders have been confirmed and taken into production or dispatched or delivered, we cannot make any change in the order quantity or exchange for different product units. For any minor changes, we will try to accommodate to what is best possible. However, any additional product or delivery charges will need to be borne by the client.
Upon receiving the details, we shall send you an online payment link. The default currency for accepting the payment is Indian Rupees, however if you want to make the payment in some other currency please mention so in the mail and we’ll share the payment link in your currency.
