Mumbai Deliveries

  1. All Mumbai hampers are hand-delivered.
  2. Please allow us at least 1 business day for the earliest delivery.
  3. The Hampers get delivered between 10 am to 8 pm. The time of delivery will depend on the delivery boy’s route.
  4. We cover areas till Borivali, Thane, and Vashi for hand deliveries. Other areas outside these limits are served through local couriers.
  5. Same day Mumbai deliveries are also possible, but please confirm with us on mail, chat or phone before placing the order.

PAN India Deliveries

  1. We ship through reputed national courier service providers and PAN India Deliveries take about 3-10 business days.
  2. We use reputed national logistics services and try our best to get the hampers delivered on the date specified by you, but in some cases, it may get delivered on a different date
  3. . Our logistics partners generally make 3 attempts to deliver a product, if they are unable to deliver the product in 3 attempts it will come back to us. We can either re-ship the returned orders on payment of extra shipping charges or process a refund after deducting the shipping cost.
  4. Online tracking details will be shared with you once we ship out the products.


  1. We generally do not send any invoices along with the hamper. You’ll receive it on your registered mail ID. For hard copies of invoices or B2B/GST invoice, pls drop us a mail at
  2. Please mention the recipient’s phone at the time of checkout, it helps us deliver the hampers faster. We understand the gift may be a surprise for them and never contact the recipient but delivery boys may need to contact them at the time of delivery.
  3. Please note any changes to address/contact details/recipient name etc. is not possible after the shipment of the product.
  4. We can provide estimated delivery timelines but delivery date is not guaranteed by our logistics partners.
  5. In case of any issues with the delivery pls inform us within 48 hrs of the item being marked as delivered, we can escalate the case with logistics providers and get it resolved.
  6. In case the parcel seems tempered pls do not accept the delivery, take the pic of the damaged area, and the address label, where AWB no is clearly visible, send it to us and we’ll get the issues resolved.
